Locating your Batch ID:

The batch ID is sometimes on a separate label but can also be printed onto the fire label, it can typically be found:

Static Sofas: Under removable seat cushions or on the sofa’s underside.
Recliners: Underneath the footrest (visible only when reclined).
Dining Furniture: Under the tabletop or chair seat. If missing, provide a photo of the area.
Mattresses: Provide a photo of the main mattress label showing the name and details.
