What are the delivery times of In-store & pre-ordered?
Delivery timescales are dependent on the items ordered. If the item is in stock in the UK warehouse delivery will be 3-5 working days.
Please note deliveries to Scotland will take 7-10 working days.
If it is a pre-order or special order item the timescale is indicated on the product on the website. You will be contacted to arrange delivery as soon as the items have been received into the main warehouse.
What happens after I place my order online?
You will receive an email with a copy of your order attached. You will then be contacted by the delivery team to arrange the delivery.
If the item ordered is a pre-order, a confirmation email will be sent of the order and contact will be made to arrange delivery once the item has been received into the warehouse. Any delays will be communicated via text or email.
