Through the current situation, at NCF Living it has been key for us to keep the safety and well-being of our colleagues and customers our number one priority.


We are continually monitoring the guidelines from both the English and Scottish governments, along with Public Health England, and are committed to making the right decisions for our customers and staff.


Our customer service team are currently experiencing exceptionally high call and email volumes. Increased team members, processes and procedures have been put in place to make sure we are doing our very best to respond to all incoming requests as soon as possible, however, please bare with us as delayed response times may occur.

We are still fulfilling and delivering orders to our customers. Our customer service department will contact you direct to arrange delivery of your goods when available.
